Summary

This study tests a free, online single-session therapy for children and teens (ages 12-17) in Hong Kong who are waiting for in-person psychotherapy. The goal is to quickly reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety while they wait. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the online session or usual care, and researchers will track changes in mood and readiness for future treatment.
