Can two weeks of online mindfulness ease the student mental health crisis?
NCT ID NCT05882565
Summary
This study tested whether a brief, 14-day online mindfulness training could help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in Indonesian university students. Researchers enrolled 426 students and compared the mindfulness program to a psychoeducation course and a waitlist group. The main goal was to see if reducing repetitive negative thinking is how mindfulness helps improve mental well-being.
