Summary
This study aimed to create online, self-paced mindfulness and lifestyle education programs for adults aged 50 and older who have memory concerns but normal thinking skills. Researchers held focus groups with 23 participants to discuss healthy living, program content, and desired outcomes. Their feedback will be used to improve the programs for a future larger trial.
