Summary

This study tested whether a short online video program could improve mental health and quality of life for people living with myasthenia gravis, a chronic autoimmune disease. Seventy-seven patients watched four video lessons focused on building support, managing emotions, and finding personal meaning. Researchers measured changes in their well-being, depression symptoms, and daily functioning before and after the program.
