This study tests whether ondansetron, a drug often used for nausea, can prevent pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas) after a procedure called ERCP. About 44 adults who need this procedure will receive ondansetron or a placebo. The main goal is to see if fewer people develop pancreatitis after the procedure.
