Summary

This study looks at why people with indigestion and diabetes often have stomach issues, like pain or fullness. Researchers are testing if ondansetron, a drug used for nausea, can reduce these symptoms. About 150 adults will take part to see if the drug helps with daily discomfort and quality of life.
