Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ONC206, alone or with radiation, in children and young adults with a rare and aggressive brain tumor called diffuse midline glioma (DMG) or other recurring brain cancers. The goal is to find the best dose and see if it is safe. ONC206 works by triggering stress in cancer cells, causing them to die while leaving healthy cells alone. The study is currently recruiting 208 participants.
