First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called ONC206, alone or with radiation, in children and young adults with diffuse midline glioma (a tough-to-treat brain tumor) or other recurrent brain cancers. The goal is to find the best dose and see if it's safe. The drug works by stressing cancer cells so they die, while leaving healthy cells alone. Up to 208 participants will be enrolled.
