Summary
This study tested whether adding the experimental drug ompenaclid to standard chemotherapy could shrink tumors in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has a specific genetic change (RAS mutation). The study was stopped early, so results are limited. It involved 76 adults whose cancer had already progressed after one prior treatment.
