Summary
This study tests whether taking omega-3 supplements (2.4 grams daily for 3 months) can lower inflammation and improve intestinal healing in adults newly diagnosed with celiac disease. Participants will also follow a gluten-free diet. The goal is to see if adding omega-3s helps more than diet alone. 40 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either omega-3s or a placebo, with blood and stool samples taken to measure changes.
