New antibody aims to stall advanced cancers

Summary

This study tests a new drug called OM-RCA-01 in people with several types of cancer that have spread and have a specific marker (FGFR1). The drug is an antibody given by IV every two weeks. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can slow tumor growth. About 58 adults with kidney, lung, prostate, breast, or head & neck cancer will take part.
