Promising new combo therapy targets deadly childhood brain tumors

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug olutasidenib to standard chemotherapy can help children and young adults with a rare, aggressive brain cancer called IDH1-mutant high-grade glioma live longer. About 60 participants will receive the combination as maintenance therapy after radiation. The goal is to see if the treatment slows tumor growth and improves survival.
