Summary

This completed Phase 1 study enrolled 120 healthy volunteers to measure how much olomorasib enters the bloodstream and how quickly the body eliminates it. Participants took a single dose of the drug by mouth and stayed overnight at the research center for 10 nights over about 7 weeks. The results will guide future dosing for patients.
