This observational study will follow 12,000 Korean adults with stage 1 hypertension who are newly prescribed OLMETEC or OLMETEC Plus. The main goal is to see how well the medication controls blood pressure over 24 hours, especially at night. Participants will have their blood pressure monitored with a special device and be followed for up to 20 weeks.
