Summary

This study tests whether helping people who sleep less than 6.5 hours per night extend their sleep can lower their blood pressure. Researchers will compare an 8-week sleep coaching program to general health education in 110 adults with prehypertension or mild hypertension. The main goal is to see if better sleep habits can reduce average blood pressure over 48 hours.
