Olive leaf and mullein pills tested for memory boost in seniors
NCT ID NCT07586410
First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026
Summary
This study tests two natural food supplements—one made from olive leaf extract and another combining olive leaf with mullein extract—to see if they can help maintain memory and thinking skills in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. About 99 people aged 60 to 85 will take either one of the supplements or a placebo daily for 6 months. Researchers will check their cognitive function and quality of life at the start, after 3 months, and after 6 months, while also monitoring for any side effects.
