Summary

This study tests whether taking L-arginine, a natural supplement, can improve memory and thinking in people over 60 with mild to moderate cognitive issues. For 4 weeks, participants take either L-arginine or a placebo, and their cognitive skills are checked with simple tests. The goal is to see if this supplement can safely support brain health in older age.
