Race against time: does hitting cancer hard and fast beat waiting?
NCT ID NCT06563388
Summary
This large, late-stage trial is testing whether immediately using aggressive treatments like radiation to destroy all visible cancer spread sites helps people live longer than waiting six months. It's for adults with lung, prostate, or colorectal cancer that has spread to 10 or fewer places in the body. The study will also track side effects and quality of life to see if the benefits outweigh the risks.
