Summary
This study tests whether the drug olaparib can help control aggressive variant prostate cancer when given after initial chemotherapy. About 96 men will receive cabazitaxel, carboplatin, and prednisone first, then either olaparib or observation. The goal is to see if olaparib extends the time before the cancer progresses.
