NCT ID NCT05900895
Summary
This is a small, early-stage study to find a safe dose of two drugs—olaparib and estradiol—when used together for advanced breast cancer that is hormone-sensitive but has stopped responding to standard hormone treatments. It will involve about 6 post-menopausal women. The main goal is to check for side effects and determine the best dose for future testing.
