New combo therapy aims to control advanced breast cancer

This early-stage study tests the safety of combining two drugs, olaparib and estradiol, in post-menopausal women with advanced ER+/HER2- breast cancer that has spread or returned. The goal is to find the best dose for future studies. About 6 participants will be enrolled.
