Summary

This study tests if olanzapine, a drug that affects brain chemicals, can help cancer patients who have lost their appetite and weight. The trial includes 66 adults with advanced lung, stomach, or colorectal cancers who are not being treated with a goal to cure. Participants will receive either olanzapine or a placebo to see if it helps them gain weight and feel better.
