Summary
This study tests whether a 15-minute massage on the head, neck, or hands, done twice a week for four weeks, can lower chronic stress in women with sedentary office jobs. Researchers will measure stress using heart rate variability and surveys. 140 women will be randomly assigned to one of three massage types or a quiet rest group.
