Summary
This early-stage study tests a drug called RR-HNK (related to ketamine) to see if it safely reduces obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms. About 45 adults with OCD who haven't been helped by standard treatments will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to measure changes in OCD severity using a standard symptom scale.
