This study looks at whether the anti-inflammatory drug celecoxib (Celebrex) can help people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) who still have symptoms despite current medication. Researchers will use brain scans and blood tests to measure inflammation and see if it predicts who improves. The trial aims to enroll 21 adults aged 18 to 55 with OCD.
