First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a four-week program of supervised obstetric exercises could help pregnant women feel better emotionally and physically. 100 women in their third trimester were split into two groups: one did the exercises, the other received standard care. Researchers measured depression, pregnancy symptoms, and quality of life to see if the exercise group improved more.
