New injection aims to shed pounds in major obesity trial

Summary
This study tests a new injection called IN-B00009 to help adults with obesity or overweight lose weight. About 300 people will receive either the drug or a placebo for 40 weeks. The main goals are to see how much weight they lose and if the treatment is safe.
