NCT ID NCT07065058

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study checked how a new experimental drug for obesity, VCT220, interacts with three common medications (repaglinide for diabetes, rosuvastatin for cholesterol, and digoxin for heart conditions). Twenty-four healthy overweight adults took VCT220 alone and then with the other drugs to see if there were any safety concerns or changes in drug levels. The goal was to gather important safety and dosing information for future trials.
