Summary
This study aims to describe the physical and behavioral traits of overweight and obese adults compared to lean individuals. Researchers will measure hormones, metabolism, food preferences, fitness, sleep, and thinking patterns, and collect genetic samples. About 2,000 healthy adults over 18 of all weight categories will undergo various tests like metabolic rate, body composition scans, and taste tests. No treatment is given; the goal is simply to learn more about what influences body weight.
