Summary

This study tested an experimental drug called NVG-291 in people with spinal cord injuries to see if it could help improve movement and strength. The trial was stopped early and included 24 adults with cervical spinal cord injuries. Participants received either the drug or a placebo, and researchers measured changes in nerve signals, walking speed, and hand function.
