New drug trial aims to help people walk again after spinal injury

Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called NVG-291 to see if it can help people with spinal cord injuries regain movement and function. It will involve 40 adults with recent or long-term neck-level spinal injuries. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to compare effects on walking speed, hand strength, and other measures of recovery.
