First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at whether changing eating habits can help college students with mild to moderate depression. About 30 students will either follow a Mediterranean diet or combine it with time-restricted eating (eating only during a 10-hour window). The goal is to see if these diets are practical and if they improve mood, sleep, and daily rhythms.
