Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-session nutrition education program is practical and helpful for people with diabetes or prediabetes. The program teaches participants how to eat more fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Researchers will enroll 48 people to see if the program is easy to follow and if it helps with weight and quality of life.
