NCT ID NCT06897982
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether adding hands-on cooking classes makes a standard diabetes prevention program more appealing and easier for people to stick with. Researchers will work with 20 adults at risk for diabetes at two Los Angeles community health centers. The goal is to see if this practical, food-focused addition helps people complete the program and learn to make healthier meals.
