Summary
This study aims to understand how personalized nutrition and lifestyle management can help people with declining kidney function stay healthier and slow disease progression. Researchers will follow 1,800 adults with reduced kidney function (not on dialysis) for up to ten years, tracking their diet, health markers, and daily function. The goal is to develop better early prevention strategies to manage chronic kidney disease and its related complications.
