Summary
This study looks at whether a natural supplement combined with a supervised exercise program can improve mood, sleep, thinking skills, and physical function in women going through menopause. About 90 women aged 45-65 will take either the supplement or a placebo daily for 10 weeks, plus attend three exercise sessions per week. Researchers will measure changes in stress hormones, inflammation, and brain-related chemicals to see if the combination works.
