Diabetes patients to test if nutrition classes beat high blood sugar

Summary
This study tests whether a structured nutrition education program can help adults with type 2 diabetes who are not meeting blood sugar goals. About 253 participants will either receive a nutrition booklet alone or the booklet plus four monthly group lessons. The main goal is to see if the lessons lead to better blood sugar control over six months.
