Can a Nurse's lesson stop infections? university study tests hygiene education
NCT ID NCT06891404
Summary
This study tested whether a special education program led by nurses could improve hygiene habits and attitudes to help prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs). Researchers worked with 122 female university students in health-related fields, providing half with the education and comparing them to a group that did not receive it. The goal was to see if learning about risks and prevention could lead to better long-term hygiene practices.
