Summary
This study looks at whether wearable rings and work schedules can help understand stress and burnout in nurses. About 50 nurses from intensive care and surgery units will wear Oura Rings and fill out surveys. The goal is to find patterns that lead to burnout, so hospitals can better support their staff.
