Summary

This pilot study tested a 9-week online support community delivered via WhatsApp, led by mental health nurses, to prevent burnout in healthcare professionals. Thirty-one primary care workers from a Spanish health service participated. The program included modules on mindfulness, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and burnout prevention. The goal was to see if this low-cost digital approach is feasible and can reduce emotional exhaustion and stress.
