This pilot study tested a 9-week online support community delivered via WhatsApp for 31 healthcare workers at risk of burnout. Led by mental health nurses, the program included mindfulness, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution exercises. The goal was to see if this low-cost, accessible approach could reduce emotional exhaustion and stress, and to gather information for a future app.
