First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a virtual reality program that teaches mindfulness and emotional regulation can reduce burnout in healthcare workers. One hundred staff from participating hospitals will be randomly assigned to either start the 8-session VR program right away or after a waiting period. The main goal is to see if emotional exhaustion scores improve compared to the wait-list group.
