NCT ID NCT03901573
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether adding an immune-boosting drug (NT-I7) to a standard immunotherapy (atezolizumab) could help people with advanced skin cancers like melanoma, Merkel cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma. The trial included 31 adults whose cancer had not responded to previous treatments or who had not yet tried similar drugs. The study was stopped early, but researchers looked at safety and tumor shrinkage to guide future research.
