First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether NT-101 eye drops can safely control wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD), a leading cause of vision loss. About 30 adults aged 50 and older with active wet AMD will use the drops for up to 8 weeks. The main goal is to check safety, but researchers will also measure changes in retinal fluid and vision.
