Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental oral drug, NST-628, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic changes in the MAPK pathway. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it shrinks tumors. About 230 participants whose cancers have stopped responding to standard treatments will take part.
