Summary

This early-stage trial tests the safety of giving multiple doses of neural stem cells that carry a cancer-killing virus directly into the brain of people with recurrent glioblastoma, a severe brain cancer. The stem cells are designed to seek out tumor cells and release the virus to destroy them. The study involves 36 adults whose cancer has returned after initial treatment.
