Summary
This study tests whether a single dose of the drug Vumerity can improve blood vessel function and walking ability in people with peripheral artery disease (PAD). Researchers will give 20 adults aged 50-75 either Vumerity or a placebo and measure changes in blood flow, oxygen use, and treadmill walking distance. The goal is to see if reducing oxidative stress can ease leg pain and help patients walk farther.
