Summary

This study tests a new genetic vaccine called Nous-209, given together with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab (Keytruda), in adults with advanced MSI-H or dMMR solid tumors (colorectal, gastric, or gastro-esophageal junction cancers). The vaccine is designed to train the immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells. The trial has two phases: phase I checks safety and finds the best dose, while phase II looks at how well the combination shrinks tumors. About 115 participants are enrolled across multiple centers.
