Summary
This study tested whether providing medically tailored meals (MTMs) alone or combined with weekly group support sessions helps Black adults with high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, or obesity. 75 participants received either meals only, meals plus group support, or delayed meals. The goal was to see if these programs are practical and liked by participants, and if they improve eating habits and health measures.
