Summary
This study tests a new, noninvasive ultrasound technique to look at tiny blood vessels inside the kidneys of people with Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD) and healthy volunteers. Researchers want to see if this method can measure blood vessel health and help track disease progression. The study involves 34 participants aged 18-40 with good kidney function.
