New IVF test aims to boost pregnancy success without touching the embryo

NCT ID NCT04339166

Summary

This study tested whether a new, non-invasive test could help doctors choose the best embryos during IVF treatment. Researchers compared pregnancy and birth rates between two groups: one where embryos were selected using the new test plus standard visual grading, and another using visual grading alone. The goal was to see if this safer method, which analyzes DNA from the fluid around the embryo, could improve outcomes without the need for a biopsy.
