This study looks at how tiny air pollution particles and noise affect the heart and metabolism of adults aged 45-64 in Kaunas City. Researchers will test if daily walks in green spaces or following a Mediterranean diet can improve health markers. About 180 participants will wear a wristband sensor for a week and have their blood pressure, waist size, and blood tested.
