Immune cells injected into brain show promise against deadly tumor

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment for people with a recurrent, aggressive brain cancer called glioblastoma. The treatment uses specially designed immune cells (NK-92/5.28.z) that are injected directly into the brain tumor during surgery. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe, find the best dose, and check for any signs that it can fight the cancer. Some participants will also receive an additional immunotherapy drug.
